PREPAID ORDERS

SHIPPING TIMELINE: Prepaid orders are shipped within 48 HOURS. A tracking link will be shared with you via Email and WhatsApp for your convenience.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS: Certain products are available on a pre-order basis. The tentative shipping timeline will be clearly mentioned under the DESCRIPTION tab on the respective product page.

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

DELIVERY TIMELINE: Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 WORKING DAYS.

REFUND DEDUCTION: In case of a return, a ₹100 SHIPPING CHARGE will be deducted from the refund amount.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

SHIPPING TIMELINE: COD orders are shipped within 3–4 WORKING DAYS. A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.

SHIPPING CHARGES: A ₹150 SHIPPING FEE applies to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged at checkout.

REFUND DEDUCTION: In case of a return, a ₹100 SHIPPING CHARGE will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the non-refundable ₹150 COD FEE paid at the time of order.
