Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final.

All images on the website are enhanced during the post-production process. Actual product colors may vary.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of product delivery.
All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address.
Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of the service in your area.
Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
COD charges are non-refundable.
A ₹100 logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process.
Returns or exchanges are not available for international shipments.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item:

Please raise an email at support@jardo.in with a clear photo or video where the brand tag and plastic seal are visible.
Once the return is approved, your order will be picked up within 4–5 working days.
The refund process will begin after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your original payment method for prepaid orders. COD orders receive a wallet refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Items must be returned with all tags attached.
The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.
Gift cards and wallet credit remain valid for a lifetime.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
